Bloody rude when you go out of your way to squeeze someone in and they just don’t bother turning up for a premium appointment that someone else would have loved!!
Seriously I’m self employed and don’t get paid for no shows!!

I try and keep my prices low so it helps people out and this is just damn rude and makes me think I will have to start taking deposits.
