One of the quiet lessons on the spiritual path is this:
not everyone is healed just because they’re empathic or sensitive.

When we calmly express a boundary, some people understand straight away. Others react — with anger, defensiveness, withdrawal, or emotion that feels out of proportion. Often, that reaction isn’t about what was said, but about what was triggered.

Insecurity reacts. Balance responds.

Our work isn’t to manage other people’s feelings or predict their responses. It’s to stay kind, clear, and grounded — and to let go of what isn’t ours to carry.

Empathy doesn’t require self-abandonment.
Compassion doesn’t mean tolerating behaviour that feels misaligned.

Keep shining. The right people will meet you there ✨
