There’s no such thing as ‘preventative care’ in my opinion. We can’t prevent accidents. We can’t prevent needing to ‘go hard’ occasionally. We are humans. S**t happens. What we can do is become resilient. Quick recovery (like when we were younger), damage limitation and amplified healing. Chiropractic helps you do just that… with a nervous system that is working optimally you can bounce back like the good ole days :)

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say I’m the only person in the world who eats a whole pot of kimchi for lunch. Even as a kid, I used to sneak whole jars of sauerkraut to my room a scoff the lot. Am I the only one??

A very big thank you to all who visited the October West Malling Farmers Market. Your ongoing support and words of encouragement are really appreciated by all the stallholders.

The Farmers Market returns again on Sunday 23rd November. Please help spread the word as November is a 5 Sunday month and we'd hate people to miss the date.

Just an early reminder whilst talking about Market dates the December farmers market moves forward to the 2nd Sunday of the month as in previous years. The December West Malling Farmers Market will take place on Sunday 14th December
