Sundays are definitely for soothing the mind and body and there is no better way to do this than with a soundbath! Just lie down and let those vibrations do their thing leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and totally Zen!

I have 2 options available to you on Sunday, The traditional soundbath with Singing bowls and gong, then a Crystal Singing bowl meditation and soundscape. The Crystal bowl session is the floatier more serene little sister of the soundbath and is perfect for getting you to that place of relaxation quickly.
