Online workshop invitation! Visionary Drawing - grow your intuitive and creative skills.

This week in The IF Crowd (the club for thriving HSPs, empaths, creatives...) we have a special guest session (this Thursday at 7pm GMT) with artist Edward Foster, who will be guiding us in visionary drawing - a technique to develop and express intuition through our hands!

This isn't about being 'good at art' - it's about allowing those subtle non-conscious impressions to come into the light... on to paper. (If you've ever seen my own drawing attempts or doodles you'll be reassured about any need for prior skill :P)

So... This is an invitation to a very special workshop session on drawing from within, which supports the sensitive gifts of intuition and creativity.

In this enjoyable and deeply rewarding evening, artist Edward Foster will guide you through many drawing techniques, and help you create art from your imagination. I’m not ADHD but I also do this wrist thing. Always have done so is normal for me. Anyone else with here with SPS / is highly sensitive and recognises this? I’m curious about the overlaps of neurodivergence and nervous system regulation.
