3 weeks out, and my last proper upper session.
-
3-5ct pause bench raw and with a ram up to 220kg lockout (bench opener).
-
Ram single, comp pause, 190kg, 85% of opener - programmed myself to aim for 80% so I'm happy with this for a small 2.5kg PB.

Light accessories for shoulder and elbow health.

Technical work to get greater depth in the suit.

Bare knee raw, then briefs, then straps down.

Felt awful. Wasted effort trying to work depth with lighter weights.

A very, very fatigued 270kg. Current opener. Still a p***y and cant handle knee wraps so done in sleeves.

Deload deadlifts. 10 speed pulls of something light. Raw. Belt on to work on positioning ... fu***ng atrocious by the last rep (side on).

Still on delaod. Some simple work against heavy bands (130kg lockout).

For the first time, ever, I put my suit on with assistance and got the straps on tight ... a massive difference. Light work but nice and fast.

Deload bench. Dynamic effort influenced without the intensity. Kept everything light. Forearms are killing me like never before.

Still hate deadlifting. Pulled my raw and beltless max in belt and suit today after dynamic effort work.

Been liking conventional for 4 weeks now ... this is the first time I've pulled from the floor in kit. It sucks.

Simple straight weight free squats.

270kg (10kg) PB in just briefs.

290kg suited high attempt. Need to get more confident with full suit on.

250kg 3×2 straps down.

270kg is my planned opener for 9th Feb something at in my first venture into multiply and my first full power comp since 2014.
