I did a taster class with Ros on Saturday. I really enjoyed it. Ros articulated instructions and broke down any more complicated poses so it made sense. If you would like to do yoga for the first time or have been put off doing yoga by going to classes where the whole class seem to know what they are doing and you get left behind then this is the class for you.
