A new month means fresh starts and… backups! Regularly backing up your AAC device (especially after any vocabulary updates) is a simple way to make sure you never lose your hard work. 🛠️

Team Liberator will be taking a break over the festive period.

We will close at 3pm on the 24th December 2025 and reopen on the 5th January 2026.

If you do have issues with your device in this time please don't worry!

We will be providing an Emergency Support Service from 25th December 2025 to 4th January 2026 from 9am to 5pm.

To use the service:
Call 01733 370 470 (option 2) and leave a message.

When you are prompted to leave a message, please do so, stating clearly:
1. Your device serial number
2. The nature of your call
3. A contact name and telephone number on which you can be contacted from 9am to 5pm.

A member of our weekend and Holiday Support Team will respond to your call during these hours.
