🌿 Celebrating International Women’s Day at Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital 🌿

Today we’re proud to recognise another of the incredible women across our hospital, Jenny Pullen, our dedicated Women’s Health Physiotherapist.

Jenny specialises in pelvic health, supporting women through concerns that can feel deeply personal and sometimes difficult to talk about. She provides care at every stage of life — from postnatal recovery to menopause — and considers it a privilege to be trusted with such important conversations. Helping patients feel better, more informed and more confident is what motivates her every day. 💚

Throughout her 17‑year career at Nuffield Health, Jenny has been supported by many mentors, colleagues and loved ones. She now pays that support forward by encouraging students and fellow physiotherapists, always happy to share her knowledge and offer a welcoming space to learn.

One of her proudest achievements has been establishing our Women’s Health Physiotherapy service — a much‑needed and growing resource that continues to make a meaningful difference to women in our community.

Her advice for young women entering healthcare:
✨ Listen carefully. Ask questions. Keep learning. Kindness and empathy go a long way. ✨

Dalma plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention across our services. She gives by sharing her expertise, challenging unsafe practices, and empowering teams to speak up — all to ensure our patients receive the safest and highest-quality care. 💚
