Yoga Nat Thank you for liking my page. I will be running Beginners Hatha yoga for all levels at of the cosy studio21.

Yoga bought so much harmony to my life after I experienced a tragic loss in my family. Yoga allowed me to find peace from within and I want to share with others the huge benefits of yoga that I have learnt personally by adopting a non judging peaceful practice of gentle postures incorporated with breathe. I look forward to welcoming you into my cozy yoga studio very soon.Love and light 💡🙏🏼
