A gentle introduction to the healing power within you.

Are you curious about energy healing or looking for a way to feel more balanced, calm, and connected in your life? Reiki could be the perfect place to start.

Reiki is a natural, holistic healing technique from Japan that works with the body's energy system to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing. In this beginner-friendly Level 1 workshop, you’ll learn how to tap into this gentle yet powerful energy to help yourself, and your loved ones.

During the day, you will:

✨️Receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement, opening your energy channels

✨️Learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki

✨️Practice simple hands-on healing techniques

✨️Experience guided meditation and energy awareness exercises

✨️Gain the skills and confidence to begin offering Reiki to yourself and others

This course is perfect for complete beginners or anyone drawn to explore energy work for the first time.

I have been a Reiki Master Teacher and healer with nearly 20 years of experience. I’m also a member of the UK Reiki Federation.

This is a small, supportive class (maximum 3 students) to ensure personal attention and a peaceful learning space.

Amethyst it's one of the most popular crystals for it's healing energy, beautiful calming vibes and stunning looks

It is one of the best crystals for helping with insomnia and anxiety.

Held in person with a small group, this course offers a friendly supportive space to explore the cards, ask questions, and build your confidence with plenty practice every week.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong foundation to read Tarot with confidence.

The investment for this course is £160. This includes a fantastic of my favourite Tarot cards " The Light Seers Tarot". You will also receive a comprehensive manual and certificate.
