There’s plenty of excited talk at Slimming World this December!

We are launching our brand new new member book for all members, we have a brand new section within our Healthy Extras and we are using SWIPS instead of ‘Syns’ which sounds so much better.

The group experience is better, the members are losing weight and getting those all important strategies in place, especially for the next couple of weeks, to keep themselves on track.

My Slimming World doors are open, please come along, lose weight, feel happier and healthier, give yourself an hour per week - you deserve it!

My Christmas opening hours are below.

T'was 5weeks to Christmas and all around the town

Ex slimming World Members were starting to frown 😣😯☹🤔

Oh why did I do it? Oh why did I lapse? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️

I'll give my consultant a call and maybe perhaps.......? ☎️📞📱

They'll welcome me back with arms open wide🙌

Help me lose more weight so I don't have to hide🙈🙁

Then up from the rooftops there came such a shout 🗣

"Of course you can come back - of that there's no doubt!"👏👍👌

My consultant was swinging from the chimney above 💃💃

To shower all members with much Christmas love!❤❤❤

Shouting "I CAN HELP! I CAN HELP!" Just come back to Group🙋‍♀️

Back to Free foods like stews and soup.🥗🍲🥘🍜

With Healthy Extras and Swips just how can you fail?🧀🍞

Imagine waking up on 1st January having started (or resetting from now) Slimming World 3 months previous, having got as much support as you need through all the Christmas celebrations, New Year celebrations and everything that goes with that, 1 Stone lighter (or more!). Just imagine how that would feel, how you would feel and how it would set you up for continued success in 2026!

❣️There are 20 weeks until 2026 - 20 weeks where you can make a difference, get support and help and lose weight. In 20 weeks, losing just a pound a week (on average) you could be a stone and a half lighter by the time New Year comes around (3 stone lighter if you achieve 2lbs a week!).

But if you wait and put it off because of events, birthdays or holidays, then when it comes to January, you could be a stone and a half heavier.

In group we can help you manage an active social life, holidays, enjoy your meals out and all of what birthdays/events may throw at you. Don’t let this stop you. Make a decision for now, make a decision to come and join a group as soon as possible. Let’s start your journey and manage all the bumps along the way.
