75% are in place by 18 years meaning 25% of all mental issues initiate between the ages of 14 and 18.
40% of all children's mental health referrals related to ADHD.

Looking after childrens and young people's mental wellbeing is essential - we should not wait for the seeds that are sown in youth to grow into life-strangling weeds.

Relationships: When it's like you're floating down a beautiful river, do you see where it will take you and give yourself to the journey, or do you get out just in case there are rapids ahead?

We can all see it on dating programmes on the TV, but can we see our own relationship patterns?

Just remember that you will never discover the beauty of a journey if you 'jump ship' in case that journey gets difficult!
