Some people love Valentine’s Day.
Some people would happily skip it.
If you’re on your own, tired, or simply not in the mood for hearts and expectations, that’s okay.
This time of year can feel heavy. Long days, cold weather, a body that’s been carrying more than usual.
Booking time for yourself isn’t a statement.
It’s just care.
If you’ve been putting yourself last, this might be your quiet reminder that you don’t have to!
For a loooong exhale, relax, slow down and recharge get on to my massage table! 💚
See you there! 🙂

I’m Anett, your massage therapist.
I’ve trained in over 14 different massage modalities, not to collect certificates, but to understand options, so I can choose what actually fits the person on my table.
I work with bodies shaped by long days, stress, posture, hormonal changes, and the quiet tension that builds over time.
If you wake up feeling tight, sore, or simply in need of proper care, this work might be for you.
Appointments are limited, and they tend to fill quickly. Message me to book or find booking link in bio.

Some of my clients are in their 60s, 70s - and they’re still very much living life.
Morning walks around the neighbourhood.
Looking after grandchildren.
Gardening, housework, errands that somehow take longer than they used to.
Trying to stay active, drink enough water, keep the body moving. Even when it feels a bit stiffer than before.
Regular massage helps them keep doing the things they enjoy. It’s part of how they look after themselves, just like staying active or eating well.
A few appointment spots are always limited - and they usually go quickly!
Ever had a runny or blocked nose during a massage? 👃💆♀️
You’re not alone — and it’s completely normal! 🙂
❗️Many people notice their nose becoming blocked, runny, or “sniffly” during a treatment.
This isn’t a cold and it doesn’t mean you’re getting ill.
🌟 Massage encourages your body to slow down and relax.
🌟 As tension melts away, your nervous system's “rest and digest” state is activated, circulation improves and fluids in the body begin to move more freely — including around the sinuses.
This can cause:
• a runny nose
• a blocked or stuffy feeling
• that “about to sneeze” sensation
🌟 It’s often a sign that your body is letting go and switching out of stress mode.
Releasing tension in the neck, jaw and upper chest can also allow the sinuses to open more easily, which may feel sudden but is completely safe.
So if this happens on the massage table — don’t worry 🤗
You’re not doing anything wrong
Your body is responding exactly as it should 🙏
Take a breath, relax, and allow the process 💚

London Winter Walk - Full and Half Marathon is coming up! 👣
Are your legs ready?
Whether you’re taking on the Full Marathon or the Half, one thing is guaranteed: your legs and hips will work HARD.
Long distances, cold weather, repetitive movement. All of this puts serious stress on your muscles and joints.
Many don’t realise how much a sports massage can actually support long-distance walks or runs. It helps your legs and hips stay mobile, reduces tension, and gives your body a chance to recover faster, whether you’re preparing for the challenge or winding down afterward. 🌿
➡️ Prices have remained unchanged since September 2024.
➡️ Each session includes a personalised consultation, assessment, treatment, and self-/home care advice.
➡️ During your treatment I may use a range of remedial soft tissue techniques such as soft tissue release, passive or assisted stretching, joint mobilisation, and percussion therapy, depending on what your body needs on the day.
➡️ Single Treatment (consultation, assessment, treatment, self-/home care advice)
➡️ Seated acupressure chair massage (for postpartum, mobility issues, or body image concerns)
30 minutes | £35
45 minutes | £50
High-quality care, consistent prices.
Start the year by looking after your body!🌿

The holidays are over and we’re all back at our desks 💻
Long hours hunched over a keyboard or staying in one position can leave your shoulders and back tense.
Starting the year with a regular massage isn’t just a treat – it’s a healthy habit that helps improve posture, relieve tension, and keep your body feeling fresh.
I’m back in the studio this week and can’t wait to welcome you all 💚
Whether you’re starting the year with a little self-care, or using a voucher from the holidays, there’s no better way to refresh your body and mind after the festive season.
Book in, relax, and let’s make the start of 2026 a calm and restorative one.💆💆♀️

Hello Guest!
Welcome to my site. I’m glad that you’ve already done something for your health!
In today's fast-paced world difficult to get some “me time”. Only you will notice that you are suffering from headache for weeks, can’t turn your neck, you have a lower back pain or it hurts to raise your arms.
A regular massage relieves mental and physical symptoms as well.
It helps in creating well-being, but also healing. Anti-stress, relaxing effect, refreshes the blood circulation, helps muscle spasms, pain-killing, calms the nervous system.
