Restorative Yoga with Gong Meditation - Friday 22nd May 7-8.30pm with Helen & Caroline Lucas Yoga

Restorative Yoga allows you to gently stretch the body while being fully supported by props such as bolsters and blankets. Rather than effort or force, the body is invited to soften completely, allowing layers of physical and mental tension to slowly melt away.

This deeply nourishing practice supports rest, repair, and regulation, helping you move out of “doing” mode and into a state of ease.

Benefits of Restorative Yoga may include:

• Deep relaxation, supporting a better night’s sleep
• A calmer, quieter mind
• Support for healing and balance within the body

To deepen the experience, the practice will be accompanied by the healing sounds of Helen’s gongs, creating a cocoon of sound that encourages profound rest and integration.

Spaces are limited to 12 participants to allow plenty of room for props and comfort.

✨ Flow & Restore Yoga
I’ve had a space become available in my Tuesday morning class at Karma Studios 🤍

Flow & Restore is a balanced, supportive practice that blends gentle movement with moments of stillness and rest. Rooted in Vinyasa, we move with the breath, creating a steady, grounding rhythm throughout each session.

Each week is a little different. Some classes focus on a specific area of the body, some build towards a peak posture, and others feel slower and more spacious, giving you time to explore and soften into each shape.

No matter the pace, the intention is always the same to help you feel more at ease in your body and calmer in your mind

I also weave in elements of restorative yoga and meditation, and once per block we dedicate a full session to deep rest through Yin or Restorative practice

If you’ve been thinking about starting or returning to yoga, this is a really supportive place to begin
