Our local community is buzzing with Primetime by Mytime Active activities for over 60s, offered in partnership with Mytime Active to keep everyone active, social and engaged. From Line Dancing, Wobble, to FitSteps, there’s something for every interest and ability.

At Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington, we love supporting older adults to stay connected. Every Monday, we also run a friendly coffee morning after the Primetime session, giving everyone a chance to chat, make friends, and enjoy a relaxed social catch-up.
