Tammy Waine Counselling Hi, I am Tammy and I am a Person-centred therapist specialising in all forms of loss. It is this area of work that I have a passion for.

As well as my own private practice, I am a volunteer for Cruse Bereavement services and have been working with clients around grief since January 2021. I also undertook a voluntary placement with Broadway Counselling working with clients around relationship issues, depression and anxiety. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered person-centred therapist and can offer telephone, online or face to face sessions, including walk and talk therapy. Our time together will be confidential, non judgemental and I will provide a safe environment to allow you the space to explore and address your worries and help you achieve your chosen goals. Outside of counselling I have an elite sports background and understand how loss can impact your everyday life and negatively affect your mental health. Injury, retirement, rejection, identity and bereavement are particular areas of interest but I also work with clients around relationship issues, low self esteem and low confidence.
