Having gone from a “woo woo” sceptic with a logical, analytical brain where “seeing is believing”, to a “believing is seeing” energy fanatic. It all started after watching a documentary about UFOs with Dr Stephen Greer. I’ve always had a fascination with the possibility of aliens existing so perhaps not such a sceptic after all. In fact I am absolutely convinced of it. This documentary lead me to trying meditation. At first, I found it really tricky to keep my focus because my thoughts would not stop coming, but with perseverance and research it began to get easier. My brain was finally re-wiring. As a result I realised my mind was really opening up to all kinds of possibilities and my beliefs were changing on many levels; spirituality, quantum physics and alternative medicine and therapies – including Reiki! I found I couldn’t get enough of it and would spend hours reading everything I could get my hands on, along with watching Gaia documentaries and You Tube podcasts. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so energized or excited over any other subject. Friends and family have said that I “light up” when I’m talking about it, so I guess I believe this is my path in life. My newly acquired interest in alternative therapies lead me to a course in energy healing – Reiki. I completed my First and Second degrees and later my Third degree, so I am now a fully fledged Reiki Master and run my business from my home in Worthing, West Sussex. I aim to balance the mind, body and spirit and teach about energy, so that clients can learn how to take a holistic approach to managing their own health and well-being, helping to raise their level of consciousness to enable them to experience more peace and harmony in their life – just like they were meant to. Ultimately my goal is to offer more services such as Life Coaching & Spiritual Life Coaching, Sound Healing, Herbalism, Aromatherapy and Crystal Healing, and to run my own Reiki courses.
