Havening Chichester

Havening Chichester Helping with Emotional Trauma, Abuse, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Grief, Guilt, Fears, Financial loss, Ph or share with a friend who you think it may help.

Thank you so much for taking a look at my page, if l can help in any way please drop me a message. l am passionate about helping you overcome Emotional Traumas and Chronic Pain. If your past has unwanted memories that affect you. From Childhood Traumas, Illness, Bullying, Trust,
Crime, Relationship, Physical/Psychological Abuse, Migraine, Narcissistic Relationships including many other unwanted l

ife experiences. Together with you, l can help. So often we suppress experiences that we no longer wish to remember, or don't want to take about, let alone share with a stranger. Putting on a brave face, even at times feeling we have buried them. Yet, there are times when we know we haven't really, that memory comes flooding back and the body responds, tears, anger, fears, anxiety. These are our emotional responses, which together we can work to delink. So although you will remember what happened, the emotional attachment doesn't cause you, to have a response and infact the memory seems further away and almost insignificant. I appreciate for many, the reason you may have avoided help, is because you don’t want to talk about what happened, the great news is that for those of you, who feel unable to go into detail and don't want to sit there repeating the same story. l am still able to help. If you feel this would benefit your life, please message, or call +44(0)7807358708

HOW DO I DESCRIBE WHAT I DO?

When people ask me what I do, it’s not always easy to put into words. So, I’ve written this to help explain:

Imagine your life as a cupboard, and every experience you’ve had is stored inside it.

Now picture that cupboard—perhaps it’s messy and disorganized, filled with items that bring back all sorts of feelings. Some memories might make you smile, while others leave you feeling angry, sad, trapped, frustrated, ashamed, or even fearful.

There may be things you thought you had forgotten or buried, but they’re still there, tucked away in the corners, waiting to resurface.

No matter how much you tidy up the front of the cupboard, those hidden emotions and memories can still trigger reactions—flashbacks, feelings of being overwhelmed, or even new emotional trauma.

This is where I can help.

Together, we gently open your cupboard, explore what’s inside, and remove the unwanted emotional attachments to past events—no matter how long ago they happened. Each session is tailored to you, at your pace, and with your full agreement.

Often, as we release older emotional wounds, more recent traumas naturally lose their emotional charge too—much like a domino effect.

The result? A cupboard filled with happier, more positive emotions.

If this resonates with you and you’d like support on your journey to emotional healing, call Amanda on 07807 358708.

Let’s create space for peace and positivity in your life.

Of all the African tribes still alive today, the Himba tribe is one of the few that counts the birth date of the children not from the day they are born nor conceived but the day the mother decides to have the child.
When a Himba woman decides to have a child, she goes off and sits under a tree, by herself, and she listens until she can hear the song of the child who wants to come. And after she's heard the song of this child, she comes back to the man who will be the child's father, and teaches him the song. When they make love to physically conceive the child, they sing the song of the child as a way of inviting the child.
When she becomes pregnant, the mother teaches that child's song to the midwives and the old women of the village, so that when the child is born, the old women and the people gather around him/her and sing the child's song to welcome him/her. As the child grows up, the other villagers are taught the child's song. If the child falls, or gets hurt, someone picks him/her up and sings to him/her his/her song. Or maybe when the child does something wonderful, or goes through the rites of puberty, then as a way of honoring this person, the people of the village sing his or her song.
In the Himba tribe there is one other occasion when the "child song" is sang to the Himba tribesperson. If a Himba tribesman or tribeswoman commits a crime or something that is against the Himba social norms, the villagers call him or her into the center of the village and the community forms a circle around him/her. Then they sing his/her birth song to him/her.
The Himba views correction not as a punishment, but as love and remembrance of identity. For when you recognise your own song, you have no desire or need to do anything that would hurt another.
In marriage, the songs are sung, together. And finally, when the Himba tribesman/tribeswoman is lying in his/her bed, ready to die, all the villagers that know his or her song come and sing - for the last time that person's song.
