I’m beyond excited to be co-hosting our very first Rest & Recharge Weekend Retreat alongside the most incredible facilitators I have the absolute pleasure of working with ✨

We’ve had a beautiful day at Ilkley Healing Alternative Festival today. Meeting like minded people and holding a stunning sound-bath. We get to do it all again tomorrow!! We will be there 10-5, Our sound and Breathwork is at 11am and we will be offering Reiki taster sessions throughout the day, not to mention a stall full of beautiful crystals.

Our Inner Light Days are truly something special… and honestly, we still can’t quite believe we get to call this our work ✨

The preparation begins long before the day itself — from creating beautiful home-cooked vegetarian meals, to curating the most soul-soothing playlists. We take so much care in sourcing the perfect ceremonial cacao, and lovingly choosing crystals for the goody bags that our wonderful guests take home with them 💫

Every detail is infused with love for the incredible people who join us and trust us to hold space. It’s an honour to support you as you release what no longer serves you, so you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and fully in your power.

✨ We’re excited to share that Myself and Angela from The Crystal Booth will be attending The Ilkley Healing Festival on the 11th & 12th April at The Kings Hall and Winter Gardens ✨

We’ll be offering two beautiful workshops over the weekend:

I’ve just finished the most amazing day of Reiki healing at Halo Healing House in Horsforth ✨

Every session brought such beautiful releases, leaving each person feeling calmer, more relaxed, and overall lighter than when they walked in. The things I pick up during my sessions can range from the wild to the most bizarre, but every single person I’ve worked with today has truly resonated with the guidance and messages that came through 💫

I honestly can’t express how much I love this work. I’m so grateful for the trust and support my lovely clients bring into the room—it means everything to me 🤍

March is nearly at an end, but my April diary is now open! I have limited spaces available every Saturday throughout April, so be sure to secure your slot soon.
