If you're one of the 10,000 super humans running in the Rob Burrows marathon/half marathon on the 14th May I would like to invite you to a free yoga class to help your recovery.
The class will be 60 minutes of relaxing breath work and some runner specific stretching to help bring your mind and body back into balance.
I myself have completed a couple of half marathons and know too well that feeling of walking down the stairs the next day.

As well as my weekly drop in class I can create a sports specific yoga workshop to suit the needs of your team/club.
Yoga improves recovery, flexibility and mobility for the athlete. As well as the physical benefits it can help with focus, performance nerves and develop better breathing.
