I’m often inspired when teaching Aerial Yoga and today was no exception! We had Jeff join us at the tender age of 80 years young!! He is on a mission to experience new things in life! What an incredible guy and a natural yogi 🧘🏻‍♂️. Jeff you are a total inspiration ✨
