We are a Gymnastics & Trampolining club based in Westbury, Wiltshire 🤸‍ Welcome to Gaia Gymnastics & Wellness.

We have blended core gymnastics skills with mindfulness practise to create a gymnastics club with a holistic approach. At Gaia Gymnastics & Wellness all participants will learn Gymnastics & Trampolining in a fun, friendly and positive environment. Our sessions can help our gymnasts to gain tools which may help them to navigate through any physical and mental health challenges they may experience throughout their life. Mindfulness has been linked to two core-emotional skills: self-regulation and self-awareness. These skills help us to recognise our thoughts, emotions and actions and can help us learn how to react in a positive way. We look forward to welcoming you.

This week we explored our Magic Place 🌿 — helping our gymnasts feel calm, safe and focused.

Alongside this, we built strength on bars, improved balance on beam, and worked together through partner conditioning 💪🤝

During Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we’re reminded that children learn, move, think and express themselves in different ways.

🌟 Huge congratulations to our Young Leader Brianna! 🌟

Bean has successfully completed her Helper Gymnastics Course – a fantastic milestone on her coaching journey! 🤸‍♀️

We are incredibly proud of her dedication and how far she has come with her confidence and technical knowledge to support our gymnasts every week.

It’s wonderful to see our young leaders growing in confidence and developing their passion for coaching.

We can’t wait to watch Bean continue her journey and future in gymnastics 💙
