Initially, we would meet for a discovery session to talk about what you’d like to achieve and talk about different approaches, with the plan, set up the sessions. Set out a timeline.

A HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION looks like this…

1. **Induction**: The hypnotherapy session begins with leading you into a relaxed state. Through various methods, such as guided visualization, deep breathing, or counting, helping you enter into a hypnotic state, characterized by calmness and deep relaxation.

2. **Deepening**: Once in a hypnotic state, I use techniques to deepen this state of relaxation and focus. This helps the individual become more open to suggestion and further detached from distractions.

3. **Suggestion**: In this highly receptive state, I’ll introduces therapeutic suggestions tailored to the your goals, such as reducing anxiety, overcoming phobias, or quitting smoking. These suggestions are designed to influence the subconscious mind, which is more open to new ideas and perspectives during hypnosis.

4. **Visualization**: Sometimes I might also use vivid imagery to strengthen the suggestions, helping the individual visualize desired outcomes or changes. This technique can reinforce motivation, alter perceptions, and encourage positive changes in behavior or attitude.

5. **Awakening**: At the end of the session, the therapist gradually brings the individual out of the hypnotic state. The person becomes more aware of their surroundings and returns to a regular state of consciousness, feeling refreshed and relaxed.

6. **Integration and Reflection**: After the session, we reflect on your experience and the insights gained. Over time, and with repeated sessions, the positive suggestions and changes can become integrated into the person’s everyday behavior and thought processes.
