I’ve just been listening to a podcast where Steve Bartlett interviews Lewis Capaldi and it’s a very good listen. Lewis talks openly about his mental health struggles and Steve works really empathically with him. Give it a listen. There’s a lot of swearing but if that bothers you, try to hear beyond it if you can. It’s well worth hearing. Link below. (It may well be on other podcast providers).
