Are you looking to de-stress, experience deep relaxation, whilst also benefitting from a fresher, more energised complexion?

Have you tried a Facial Rejuvenation Massage yet?

I specialise in a holistic form of Facial Rejuvenation Massage, which has been designed to relieve tension across the scalp, face and neck, which, in turn, relaxes the whole body 😇😇😇

The physical benefits are also amazing - a refreshed, plumper and more mobile complexion, with fine lines visibly reduced. Regular sessions can achieve a 'natural face lift' effect!

There's no squeezing, picking or harsh chemical treatments, just gentle, effective massage techniques including acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and gentle mobilisation and smoothing of facial muscles.

If this sounds like something you'd like to try, then I'd love to hear from you. Flexible appointments Monday - Saturday can be viewed here:

🌸🌸🌸 Spring Blossom Tea 🌸🌸🌸

For me, one of the greatest pleasures of living in England is the changing of the seasons. Of them all, the transition from winter to spring is my favourite—the quiet, almost imperceptible shifts that unfold from week to week. The first tentative shoots begin to appear, soon giving way to a profusion of flowers that hint at the fruits of summer to come. Gradually, life unfurls into a rich, green cascade of abundance, gathering pace as April turns into May.

Only in recent years have I come to appreciate this richness on my doorstep for more than just its beauty. I’ve begun to learn about the health and medicinal benefits of many of our native plants—hawthorn, nettle, dandelion, primrose, and others besides. After sampling a delicious rose and cherry blossom tea at a beautiful Japanese teahouse, I felt inspired to try creating my own home-grown ‘blossom’ tea. There is something wonderfully calming and quietly joyful about gathering, selecting, and drying your own ingredients, transforming them into a tea that is as visually stunning as it is pleasing to the palate.

You might like to try some of my suggestions, or simply experiment and create your own seasonal blends 🌸🌸🌸

Celebrate spring in England with a simple foraged blossom tea recipe. Discover seasonal plants and enjoy a calming, nature-inspired ritual at home.

As the land awakens and the first greens begin to rise, spring invites us back into rhythm with the natural world 🌿

Join me for a gentle foraging walk around Knockholt, Kent, where we’ll move slowly through the landscape, gathering and learning from the season. April is a rich and generous time—wild garlic in abundance, alongside nettle, cleavers, dandelion and other early greens. And all around us, the bluebells will be in bloom, carpeting the woodland in soft blue light.

Together we’ll learn to recognise edible plants, forage with care and respect, and reconnect with the old stories and uses held within them.

Afterwards, we’ll share a simple, nourishing lunch inspired by what the land is offering—time to pause, taste, and take it all in.

Welcome April | The Wisdom of the Fool & the Opening of the Earth 🌱

April takes its name from the Latin aperire, “to open.”
And you can feel that opening everywhere.

Buds loosen and unfold. Leaves stretch outward. The soil warms as roots and microbes stir back into activity. What spent winter quietly preparing beneath the surface begins to reveal itself, stem by stem, flower by flower.

Spring moves through rhythm and unpredictability. Rain followed by warmth. Cold winds one day, bright sun the next.

The first medicinal flowers begin appearing.

Dandelion pushes bright yellow through lawns and pathways, a spring bitter supporting liver and digestion after winter.

Sweet violets sit quietly along hedgerows, offering support to the lymphatic system and lungs.

Daisies scatter across grasslands, working with bruised and damaged tissue.

Coltsfoot rises from bare soil with golden flowers before leaves appear, long known for coughs and irritated lungs.

April begins with April Fool’s Day.

Today the fool is often reduced to pranks, but historically the fool held a more complex role. In medieval courts, the jester was often the only one allowed to speak truth to power. Through humour and apparent foolishness, they revealed what others could not.

The fool disrupted certainty.
The fool questioned rigid authority.
The fool reminded rulers that control is more fragile than it appears.

Nature carries this same spirit in April.

Just when spring seems settled, the weather shifts again. Sunshine becomes rain. Warmth turns to cold. The season behaves like a trickster, refusing expectation.

The fool holds a deeper wisdom, that curiosity, humility and playfulness often reveal more truth than certainty.

Working with plants invites us into that same posture.

Herbalism asks for observation rather than control. Gardening asks for patience. Soil shows that life moves through relationship and cooperation rather than domination.

Ostara – symbolism and ritual 🌿 🥚 🐇

Ostara marks the Spring Equinox, the moment where day and night are in perfect balance, honouring the return of light and the reawakening of life.

She represents fertility and growth,
reflecting the energy of nature as it begins to blossom and bloom again after winter.

Ostara is associated with symbols of new life such as eggs, buds and flowers, and emerging greenery. Each one representing creation, possibility, and the cycles of renewal.

She invites us to trust the timing of our own unfolding, and to gently nurture what we wish to grow.

Ostara Ritual:

1.
Take a few quiet minutes to pause.
Breathe, and settle into the moment.

2.
Ask yourself: What seed would you like to plant? Choose one simple intention.

3.
Place your hand on your heart and gently affirm:
I am ready to nurture this… into life.
(then softly speak your intention)

4.
Breathe gently, and then begin to imagine your intention coming to life - step into it fully existing - noticing all the details - how it feels, your emotions, include as many senses as you can. Make it as real and vivid as you can. Enjoy connecting with it.

Optional 5.
In the days and weeks ahead as you go to sleep reconnect with your intention and day dream it into reality! It’s a great way to drift off and certainly stops your mind trawling over the day and worrying!

Wishing you Ostara blessings
With love
Fiona

✨ Deep Rest & Renewal ✨

Imagine giving yourself two full hours where there is nothing to do, nowhere to be, and your only job is to rest.

Deep Rest & Renewal gently combines Indian Head Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and Reiki to help release tension, calm a busy mind and allow your whole nervous system to slow down.

We begin with a seated Indian Head Massage to ease tightness in the head, neck and shoulders. You’ll then move to the therapy bed for a deeply restorative facial massage — not a beauty facial, but a therapeutic treatment using acupressure, lymphatic drainage and gentle massage techniques to release jaw and facial tension, support lymphatic flow and encourage healthy circulation.

Reiki flows throughout the session, finishing with a grounding close, leaving you feeling calm, centred and restored.

Many people book this treatment when they’re experiencing:
• stress or overwhelm
• tension headaches
• jaw or facial tightness
• sinus congestion
• difficulty switching off or poor sleep

✨ Deep Rest & Renewal
2 hours | £95

If this sounds like something your body might need right now, you can book below or message me if you’d like to know more 💛

This may be a controversial thing to post, but it feels important to share.

I haven't watched the news since 2021.

If it pops up on the telly, I turn over, if it interrupts my music on the radio, I switch stations, if it appears in my news feeds, I scroll by.

Not because I'm ignorant, lazy, uninformed or unsympathetic to the woes and troubles of others, in fact the complete opposite. As a self-diagnosed 'empath', I feel everything. I literally ride the waves of other's emotions - good or bad. And, do you know what, I expect most of us do - unconsciously or not.

During the height of Covid, I became engrossed in this rollercoaster. Anxiously hanging on to every word of 'the news', researching every article, YouTube, social media opinion, falling down endless rabbit holes of information - trying to make sense of it all. And do you know what happened? I went crazy. It was as if the bottom fell out of my world and all sense of reality as I knew it was lost. Until I realised...

Nothing I can do, read, say, can change the thoughts, words and deeds of others. Especially within a global context.

I will NEVER know the truth. No one ever will, because everyone's truth is different, and we will NEVER know the true agenda at play.

Of course 'the news' still filters in, through conversations, an unavoidable headline...and the bubble of fear that rises from the pit of my stomach and sits in my throat serves as a reminder to not let it in. It's just not worth it.

And, of course, for those in the finance industry, travel, geopolitics, etc, etc. I appreciate the need for needing an overview. But please don't let it 'in'. To darken your world, to close it in unnecessarily. Because there is so, so much more good in the world than bad - we're just not shown that worldview every night as we are fed the fear...over and over and over again.

I have learned that all I can really influence are my own thoughts, and perhaps have a tiny bearing on my own small circle of influence. Spreading as much love, kindness and care as I can in my own unique way. And that's how The Healing Space was born.

As the world continues to burn, wars rage, tensions rise, hate swells...please, please, please, remember what is good.

You are. We are. Nature is.

Turn off the news.

Spend your time with the people and animals you love, get outside A LOT and endeavour to make your tiny speck of the world as kind and beautiful as it can be. And, really, I think that's all we ever can do.
