Today is a Smokey Quartz and Rose Quartz day. Smokey Quartz is great for releasing negative energy back into the earth. It helps with releasing negative thoughts. A very comforting crystal for grounding yourself when you feel all over the place, which often happens to me. This re-sets my thoughts and energy. Rose Quartz is a wonderful crystal. They are your first two chakras. When you feel grounded you feel rooted to the ground and motivated. This is where negative energy is released from. When you are ungrounded you feel all over the place and life can feel like a struggle. Your Sacral chakra is your creative side, your emotions and how you feel and express yourself. If your sacral is unbalanced you can feel emotional drained and be compulsive and lack creativity in life.

Grounding crystals are great for your Root Chakra. When you are feeling ungrounded grab a crystal like Smokey Quartz which is fab at removing negative energy and sending it back to the earth. Red Jasper is a great grounding Crystal it is calm and gentle and resets your energy. Hematite is great for sending back negative energy from other people and turning it back to positive. Crystals are a great way to start your day, especially on A Monday when we all feel the back to work blues. After a week off I am choosing my crystals to carry with me today. Crystals can really help with your energy and help you through out the day. You can carry them around in your pocket or you can wear them as bracelets, necklaces and rings. Today I will be taking Lepidolite and Green Aventurine. Lepidolite is good for calming and anxiety and Green Aventurine provides strength, confidence and courage to face what ever the day brings. Crystals can help you release negative energy. We all need this sometimes. I have been working on myself and healing from a lot of issues that have stuck with me from my past. Once this negative energy is released you feel more balanced and energised. Working with crystals on a daily basis really can help. Placing a Crystal in your pocket so the energy of the crystal is with you all day. Bracelet’s and necklaces are a great way to have the energy from the Crystal with you. Placing crystals around your house can boost the energy and create a calm atmosphere. Crystals have helped me release a lot of negative energy over the past few months and the benefits they have given me are being more balanced with a better outlook on life. Happy Friday. A lovely review from a client. Lepidolite has really helped me with anxiety. I suffer with anxiety and since carrying the Crystal with me it really has helped.
