NB. I am to bad at taking any photos when teaching. I’m aware there is very little ACTUAL Pilates going on in these photos 😂. I’ll try to do better this year 🫣
This last year has been transformational, for me, for my hair, for the studio & for our clients. Teaching teachers has come much sooner than I thought it would in my career and yet it couldn’t be better timing.
The last year I’ve worked with an amazing bunch of women, guiding them to become Pilates Matwork teachers. They were all clients previously who took an interest in the method, and on top of wanting to learn more, knew that one day they’d like to step into to the world of teaching Pilates.
On the flip side of that our clients have welcomed them into their observation and assisting hours, welcoming the extra eyes, and also understanding more for themselves. So a huge thank you to those clients and to the teachers for mentoring this crew through their training (including 🤗)
A further side is the support, experience and knowledge of my mentors Hana Jones (who has zero online presence but a real legend in the Pilates world in the UK in my eyes) and Sasha Caddell (my ride or die Pilates pal) as well as the Board and teachers at the
So, as my first round of trainees (I like to think of them as apprentices!) move into their assessments, I wish them all the love and luck in the world. They’re so ready! And I AM SO READY TOO 🤩
