The first Yoga Lab workshop explores the foundations of inversions - building shoulder stability, core strength and confidence to approach going upside down safely.

Looking forward to teaching a 7 week block this term 🙏🙏

Soooooo looking forward to seeing everyone back on their mats for classes this week.

We have a 7 week term - perfect for nurturing a consistent practice and exploring all the benefits and noticing your body as if for the first time with such winder and awe.

I have the following places available ;

Mondays over Zoom = no limit on numbers, so if you fancy joining from the comfort of your own home/bedroom/kitchen/lounge or even the garden if we have a heatwave? :-) just let me know. Drop in is £9 per class if you want to try it out to see if you like it.

In person classes in Westgate are held at the beautiful Function room at The Town Hall Buildings in Westgate on Sea and I have the following places available:

Tuesday 4pm Class = 1 place available
Tuesday 7:45pm Class = 4 places available
Wednesday 5:45pm = 2 places available

if you can only make odd dates of the term please do get in touch as there may be spaces available.
