'Movement is medicine'. Heal yourself by moving with us, 'Women Will Dance' contemporary dance class in Westgate. We meet every other Thursday in the function room above the cinema on St Mildred's Road, Westgate. This coming Thursday 5th February is a brand new class, with new material, so a great time to start.
Class is 11.30-12.30. Your first class is free and then £10 thereafter. 💃

As this year comes to a close, I just want to say a huge thank you to all my wonderful clients and friends who have supported my classes, workshops and massage sessions. Your trust, presence and encouragement mean more to me than I can put into words. I'm so grateful for the shared moments of growth, healing and connection this year. On Wednesday 21 January at 7:00pm, The Bay Theatre at Herne Bay High School will host the Winter Community Dance Platform, a joyful celebration of community dance.

This special evening will showcase the creativity and spirit of our local community through dance, highlighting the powerful ways movement brings people together. Performers from across the area will unite to celebrate not only dance but the bonds it creates between people of all ages and backgrounds.

Inspired by Angela Rippon’s Let’s Dance campaign, this event reflects the joy and wellbeing benefits of dancing together.

Dance is for everyone. It is good for your physical and emotional wellbeing. Come and join our adult classes at the Dance Academy at HBHS. Next Tuesday we have beginners Tap class from 6-7pm. Other classes include Dancercise, Mindful Stretch, beginners adult Ballet and beginners Latin.
