This Saturday, Marc and I went to the beautiful Solstice event organised by Louise Clarke. We arrived by walking through golden cornfields with stunning views of rolling hills and the hot summer sun on our backs. The path led us through peaceful woodlands, where we paused for story time—a perfect way to set the mood before entering the main event area.

The space was full of colourful tents and a wonderful, welcoming energy. We tried SUP yoga on the water for the first time, which was so much fun and surprisingly calming. We tasted delicious herbal drinks, browsed the stalls filled with natural products, and treated ourselves—Marc had reflexology, and I enjoyed some ecstatic dancing. We also visited the gong sound Bath which was such a unique, grounding experience.

The day was topped off with tasty vegan food, soaking up the loving vibes, and making beautiful connections. The atmosphere was just magical—a perfect way to celebrate the Solstice. ❤️

Just back from a dreamy Paris getaway with my daughter for her 18th — and Nikki Curren absolutely nailed it again!
Eurostar travel, a gorgeous boutique hotel, park picnics, Eiffel Tower views with Mag, a Seine river cruise, café-hopping, sunshine, wine, cheese & cakes galore.
