✨ Feeling So Privileged Today ✨

This weekend was such a special moment for me. I had the absolute privilege again of being taught by the incredible woman behind . Maria Alfieris I’ve followed her work for a few years now – her knowledge, her approach to healing, her passion for the body… it has all inspired me so deeply.

To be in her presence, learning directly from her hands and her wisdom, felt like a real full-circle moment. I’m so excited to take everything I’ve learned and weave it into my own bodywork.

Helping people through bodywork, energy work, fascia release, and the body’s natural healing systems is one of the greatest pleasures of my life. Every day I’m grateful to be able to support others on their healing journey – and this training has elevated that even more.
