Birthday wishes Really do come True.🎉

Saturday was a very special day for a little boy called George and his family.

George's mum had reached out on Facebook, hoping to make her son's birthday wish come true. His Dream?
to have a ride in a limousine.

We were absolutely delight to help.

Lorraine, our funeral conductor, and Ollie, one of our drivers, picked up George, his brother and his mum and dad and treated them to a special limousine ride .

The family were driven in style to McDonald's in Herne Bay for a Birthday treat fit for a VIP.

Seeing George's smile made it all worthwhile.
We're so pleased we could play a small part in making his birthday one to remember.
Happy Birthday George.

We are pleased to announce the relaunch of our Dementia Community Café this Friday 6th February! We will be holding this on the first Friday of every month across our Sandmere main café and private dinning room. We hope to see many of you there ☕

We were honoured to support a family on Friday as they said goodbye to their much loved Mum, Nan, Sister, Auntie and friend.

She was clearly so cherished, and these beautiful floral tributes reflect the love surrounding her as she was given a truly special send-off.

This time of year can be a difficult for many people, especially after the Christmas period.
This year, Maskell and Uden Funeral Directors will be carrying out Random Acts of Kindness throughout January and February as a small way of supporting our community and recognising how tough this time of year can be for many.

Sometimes it’s the simplest gestures that mean the most. If you’re finding January hard, please know you’re not alone.

Today, we will be sending out around Westgate these little Knitted Sunflower keyrings, in the hope they’re found and bring a little smile to someone who needs it today. If one finds its way to you, we’d love to hear about it.
