🙏🏼PLEASE HELP🙏🏼

My good friend gemwes has dedicated her life to helping children in care.

She has has spent the last few years creating mentoring and one to one help for children who have been lost in the system.

She has tirelessly worked to raise awareness around how these children are treated, as they are too young to have own voice.

She approached Simon Squibb with a proposal to change the way these children are heard, and has now managed to get a petition together which will help children in the care system get one to mentoring and help.

Gemma came from the system and has had a very difficult life, which is why she has now dedicated her life to make sure that no child suffers the way she did

This petition will shine a light on all the children who are currently living in the dark 🌗

The first hour of the morning will be a time to rest, relax, and experience a magical sound bath, allowing time for yourself while bathing in the frequencies of the beautiful crystal alchemy bowls 🎶

Then you will be treated to a gorgeous nourishing breakfast of fresh fruit and granola, accompanied by a beverage of your choice 🍓🫐🍐🍉🍌

This event is a time for you to rest, relax and recalibrate ready for the term ahead 😊

This is David Swinnerton

He was born in 1976.

Been married and divorced.

Living with his partner, her 16yr old son and the11yr old son they have together.

He's a heating and plumbing engineer who works out 3 times a week and goes to yoga twice a week.

He questions the system, has many interesting beliefs and is one of the most genuinely, nicest guys you can come across.

He has an inner knowing that he isn't here to be a plumber and has a calling to help other men.

Men that just need a place to go, to chat to other men about anything really.

No fixed agenda.

He's not there to rescue anyone or cure or give therapy, just to offer a space when men can be heard without fear of saying the wrong thing.

No, you don’t need a swimming costume 🩱 you’re not getting in an actual bath, the reason it’s called a sound bath is because for one full hour you get to bath in the frequencies of the alchemy crystal bowls 🎶

What is a sound bath? 🤔

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY ☯️

The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and pillow. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including shamanic drums, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ocean drum 🥁

When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state 💫

The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation ✨
