Slimming World Changed My Life

Hi The picture on the left was me on 16/5/18 then fast forward to 1/11/18 almost 3 stones lighter, much healthier, fitter and above all happier. All thanks to Slimming World.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother, most of my working life was with Bolton Metro and I have worked in a care home and also at McDonalds in the dining area, I have lived in Westhoughton all of my life. For 10 years managed a Morris Dancing Troupe in the town and have been seen on stage at Westhoughton Methodist Church in panto and plays.

My weight problem began when I became unwell, becoming inactive really piled the pounds on and the pounds became stones and health took a downward spiral to depression, then the want to change things happened and I joined Slimming World and the rest is history,

I trained to be a Slimming World Consultant at the tender age of 64 because I really do care and I really do want to help everyone to feel the same sense of well being that I feel while eating all the foods you love, not being restricted by diets and cant haves but having the freedom of can have and will have and still stay at the weight you are most comfortable at.
