My Reiki journey started in September last year when i had a reading with a medium. During that reading, she told me about a holistic therapy called Reiki, and that i should look into it....

I've since trained in Level 1 and 2, and i'm extremely passionate about how transformational Reiki can be! During my Level 2, I was attuned to the Reiki symbols, and can now do distance Reiki also, there really is no limit to how far away somebody is! I've always preferred the holistic approach, rather than traditional medicine, So this way of assisting in treatments for people really appealed to me. A very old saying 'Reiki goes, where Reiki flows!'

I've performed Reiki on many people since my attunement, and perform Reiki on myself on a regular basis. I've definitely noticed how much more energy i have now, and how much happier i feel. I've always had trouble sleeping and Reiki has helped me with this too!
