My Reiki journey started in September last year when i had a reading with a medium. During that reading, she told me about a holistic therapy called Reiki, and that i should look into it....

I've since trained in Level 1 and 2, and i'm extremely passionate about how transformational Reiki can be! During my Level 2, I was attuned to the Reiki symbols, and can now do distance Reiki also, there rea

lly is no limit to how far away somebody is! I've always preferred the holistic approach, rather than traditional medicine, So this way of assisting in treatments for people really appealed to me. A very old saying 'Reiki goes, where Reiki flows!'

I've performed Reiki on many people since my attunement, and perform Reiki on myself on a regular basis. I've definitely noticed how much more energy i have now, and how much happier i feel. I've always had trouble sleeping and Reiki has helped me with this too!

A lovely day out in Glastonbury, went to Chalice Well to ground myself, took a bottle of the beautiful water to drink on my way up the Tor for a walk with the most fabulous views! Stopped in a crystal shop, because you can always do with more crystals!✨🩷✨

Reflecting on a huge year in my life!!! 🤯❤️
I travelled to 3 different countries all over the world! America-Vegas/LA, French Polynesia-Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora, Meant to go to Montenegro but ended up in Italy! 🤯😂It’s always an adventure whatever we do together! Stressful at the time, but great memories looking back!!😅😂❤️
I got married to my best friend most importantly!❤️🧡💛💙💚
I spent the summer chasing sunsets and dolphins in Lyme Regis, went to some amazing festivals and music events that my husband played at. And spent time with friends that I’m so grateful for! My two beautiful friends came and stayed with us from Australia which was awesome!💯🩷🥰✨🕺💃🩷
Towards the end of the year I had a kick to the guts when I lost my beautiful cat, I still haven’t got over that that yet! It will just take time!🥹💔
Oh, and I started my new job where I’ve met some amazingly funny people that I can call my friends! Now doing my level 4 in Childcare!😃🤩
2026 is going to be even better for us!!!🥰
