“I was suddenly experiencing a hike in my anxiety levels which would make me feel nauseous all of the time and hinder my ability to do much or attend much without feeling awkward or uncomfortable. I chose hypnotherapy because I was struggling to know what else to do.

Working with Kerry has been easy and comforting. She’s welcoming, approachable, and easy to talk to. It was great to have the option of online sessions on Zoom — they were really helpful in the instances a face-to-face session wasn’t possible.
