It's gorgeous here, ive been so lucky to meet such a wonderful group of people, thank you to those who have come for treatments and connected with me. The yoga 🧘‍♂️ has been fabulous, the paddleboarding has been fun, the food delicious 😋 and the setting just beautiful 🌿🌿🕊🕊 thank you looking forward to the next one 🙏💕

This weekend I am truly grateful 🙏 as one of my beautiful friends 🧡 from Hotpod Yoga Bristol 🧘‍♀️ has invited me to offer treatments at a gorgeous retreat at Fairoak lakes in Chepstow. A beautiful serene family run campsite 🏕 it's going to be fabulous 👌 a chance to unplug and connect with nature 🌿 thank you, thank you, thank you 😊 🙏
