Welcome May and Beltane blessings 🌸 this is most definitely my favourite time of year when everything is gently unfolding, evenings are lighter and the bird song fills the air.

Thank you Earthmonk for this simple but effective ritual 🌸🕯🙏

Beltane and the Flower Moon together carry a very alive, fertile, quietly electric energy.

It’s a moment to honour growth that’s already begun, and to consciously invite more of what you want to bloom.

You might feel it as a pull, a stirring. A sense that something within you is ready to shift, grow, open, or even be seen. It is a time of renewal, growth and blossoming.

🌸 Beltane and Flower Moon Ritual

A moment to welcome what’s ready to bloom.

Light a candle.
Place a few flowers in a bowl of water.

Take a breath and ask yourself:
What in my life is quietly growing?
What am I ready to welcome more of?

Write down one simple intention that you are ready to bring to fruition into your life.

Place the piece of paper with you intention under the candle stick holder, gently stir the flowers in the water, and say softly:

I welcome what is ready to grow.
I trust what is unfolding and invite the universe to help me realise my hearts desire.

Can you believe its the end of April already! I have been very fortunate to be on holiday for most of it 🏖

I have been quiet on here because I was able to completely unplug and detach for a while.

Feeling lighter and brighter now as we head into the summer months ✨️

Today I honour the sacred feminine — the goddesses, the wild women, the healers, the warriors, the creators of life and keepers of wisdom.

To the goddesses who walk with us —

in the moon cycles,

in our strength,
in our softness,
in our rage,
