Today, we're overjoyed to share a heartwarming update about one of our beloved residents. Previously feeling rattled by the war, she's now found solace and joy in a surprising place – our garden.

At Ambleside Nursing Home we hosted a ‘High tea’ event in March 2024 to coincide with Easter celebrations to engage with residents, families, friends and staff members. It was well attended, residents had an opportunity to meet people, listen to conversations and stories. In line with the tradition, the chef made meal, meat, vegetables, tea and beverages whilst mixed with contemporary items of sweet and savoury. All our residents and guest enjoyed the event.
