Free blankets and beanie hats are available to help vulnerable residents of North Somerset stay warm during emergency situations.

The Blanket and Beanies Campaign is funded by North Somerset Council and is designed to support any North Somerset resident in need. This service is available to those facing various challenges, such as difficulty heating their homes, broken boilers, or health issues that increase their vulnerability to the cold.

We accept referrals from any professional, and our Response 24 service ensures delivery to any individual with a North Somerset address.

Today is international students day.

Over the last year we have been building a relationship with the Health and Social Care department in Weston College, and are now proud to say we are a member of their Careers Excellence Hub.

Working closely with the college is helping us with inspiring the next generation of adult social care workers and is giving the students some real world experiences of the industry, helping them plan for a rewarding career.
