Thankfully the weather is a bit better today, which is more than could be said about last week’s walking group!! The wind and rain was horrible ☔️💨 😢

Kerrie was incredibly proud of the 5 members that turned up and got out walking regardless. You were brilliant and deserved that cake!! 🍰

Next up, we will meet at Stacks Coffee Lounge in the The Sovereign on Friday for Friends Together. Take part in a Quiz!

Men's Group will be held at the Duke of Oxford in Weston Super Mare this month, to make up for the lack of Christmas meal and to chat about resolutions!

Thank you for joining us at this mornings Arts & Crafts workshop. 🖼️ 🎨 🖊️

This community learning course will continue every Tuesday 10am to 12pm at ‘We are Super’ in the Sovereign and it’s FREE to attend.

It’s especially for adults with Learning Disabilities and you are invited to pop along. The team Weston Artspace will look after you. 🥰

Our first Friends Together of the year took place in Portishead today.

We explored our New Year resolutions, got creative with arts & crafts and had fun playing silly games that got us laughing lots!

Sally at the Strawberry Line Cycle Project has been in touch to give the fabulous news that these Inclusive Bike Sessions will continue into 2026!

Get pedalling! Wednesdays between 10am to 4pm.🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Meanwhile we hope to plan another People First 'Walk or Cycle' activity for the spring too! 😃
