Tonight's foods for Eurovision! James and I had Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ

I made Sweet Potato, Feta and Spinach Tortilla, Honey Chorizo bites and 3 Spanish Salads.

Salad 1 - Brussel Sprout and Manchego
Salad 2 - Green Lentil Salad
Salad 3 - Green Bean and Tomato

All very yummy along with some tasty Italian food from the in- laws and The Williams brought English puddings!!

I wanted to make Shakshuka but had no tinned tomatoes...so we've got Shakshuka Vibes πŸ˜‚ with a wholemeal pitta rather than delicious crusty sourdough!

This week I've lost a whopping 3lbs - taking my total loss to 28lbs ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Although this is AMAZING news...I'm terribly sad that none of my new Lucy & Yak clothes fit me 😭😭 they were just far too big!!!!!!! We shall be taking a trip to the shop so I can try some on before buying...which I normally hate!

They taste healthy 🀣 they're obviously not very sweet but they're pretty nice! I bet they'd taste good with some yogurt and a drizzle of honey for breakfast 😍🀀
