I had that moment this summer when it all clicked into place and I realised I was what was getting in my way of weight loss! These photos are my summer start and November goal!

I was letting my emotions fuel my eating and cooking habits and I definitely wasn’t following the plan 100%
When I finally turned things around I was 2 stone over my target and pretty much back where I was weight wise when I started SW in 2017!
I set myself the goal of a ball in November and I didn’t look back!

My vegetable intake increased again, I planned better and had more options in the freezer for those nights when I didn’t really feel like it but didn’t want to fall back on takeaways again.
I have still eaten out but I changed what I chose and went for salads over chips!
All in all I’ve had a steady 1 and a half pound loss each week and got to my target the day of the ball! 🥰 and I’m now the lightest I’ve been with SW ever!

And now I’m here to help you on your weight loss journey in 2026!!
So come along Friday 9:30am Or 11:00am at Locking Castle Church with two wonderfully supportive groups and the all the love and passion to get behind you and help you reach your weight loss goals!

Hi everyone

Whoah the rumour mill is rife with talk that I might be leaving Slimming World so I just wanted to reassure anyone who’s heard this - that I am ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I love my job with a passion 🔥 and love my members even more ♥️

I’ve became a consultant in 2013 and I’m not going ANYWHERE. I will be there in 2026 welcoming members new and returning, to get them to their happy place with their weight and health. ALL of my 9 sessions will continue to be the most warm welcoming and SUPPORTIVE places you’ll ever find with absolutely zero shame or judgement.

They are also the most successful places to do it: we give out hundreds of awards every single month to people smashing their goals.
