🛑 Is your home still as safe as it used to be?

As we get older, small things can become bigger risks—like loose rugs, poor lighting, or stairs without rails.

Here are 3 simple ways to make your home safer today:
✔️ Remove trip hazards like rugs or clutter
✔️ Make sure hallways are well-lit
✔️ Install grab rails in bathrooms

If you’d ever like a friendly chat about staying safe at home, we’re always here to help—no pressure, just advice 💛

“Where do I even start when looking for a care home?”

It’s one of the most common questions families ask 💛

Here are 3 simple first steps:
• Speak to your GP or social worker for guidance
• Visit a few homes (don’t just pick the first one)
• Trust how the place feels as much as how it looks

If you’re starting this journey and feel overwhelmed, you’re not alone 🤍

We’re always here to offer advice, even if you’re just exploring options.

💙 Supporting a cause that touches many lives 💙

At St. Agnes, we often support charities close to the hearts of our residents, families and team—and from time to time, causes arise that remind us just how important that support can be.

Chloe, who is local to our community, is taking on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon this year in aid of Brain Tumour Research. Her story is truly inspiring, and her determination to raise awareness and make a difference is something we deeply admire.

Sadly, brain tumours can affect so many families, often in ways that are not always seen. Supporting research like this helps bring hope, understanding and progress for the future.

If you are able to, we would love for you to show your support—whether that’s through a donation, sharing her story, or simply cheering her on 💙

You can read more about Chloe’s journey here:

Thank you, as always, for helping us support such meaningful causes ✨
