We are seeking to recruit part or full-time experienced Community Care Workers (who are car drivers) to work in the Weston-super-Mare / Worle, Nailsea & Portishead area's.

We have various shifts available morning and evening, full or part time. All Care staff are required to work either alternate weekends or at least one weekend a month which is normal in health & social care as you will appreciate.

We offer very competitive pay rates i.e. higher than the NATIONAL LIVING WAGE (not the national minimum wage which is much lower) + excellent benefits!

Travel time between visits is paid at £9.90 per hour (you get paid from the start to end of your shift) and mileage between visits at .30p per mile towards fuel and upkeep of your vehicle.

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Care Workers who hold a full driving licence and have experience working within the care sector, to join our incredible team of Community Care workers within an extremely well run family business!

You will need to have great time keeping skills and maintain a confidential, patient and caring nature as well as have excellent communication skills. You will have the confidence to be able to work unsupervised within the community in our client's own homes assisting and supporting them with various daily living tasks, these include:-

* Supporting / assisting clients to mobilise around their home

* Personal care / continence care

* Meal preparation

* Light domestic duties

* Welfare checks

As we are a care provider that offers care 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we have several different shift patterns available therefore, we are looking for part time and full time members of staff to join our family of Care Workers!

Shifts available:-

- Morning shifts - 07.00 - 14.00 (Times may vary depending on your availability)

- Evening shifts - 16.00 - 22.00 (Times may vary depending on your availability)

- Split shifts

Alternate weekends are mandatory, although every weekend is available if these are your preferred shifts.

We would be happy to discuss your availability to see if we can accommodate a shift pattern that suits all of our requirements.

If you feel this job is right for you, successful candidates will receive:-

- Induction, shadow training and ongoing training throughout employment

- Paid travel time and mileage between visits

- Very competitive pay rates (enhanced bank holidays, weekends and evenings)

- Holiday pay (28 days per annum and pro-rata for part-time staff

- Free uniform and PPE

- Company mobile phone if required

- The opportunity to undertake an NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care if desired
