Our Clients receive their care the way they want, at a time when they want it. They are fully involved in all decision-making, including their personalised care plan. Behind the scenes, we understand it is crucial that our Clients, their families and our staff receive the very best support and expertise from the Right at Home team. This is why our Managers and Care Coordinators were chosen, for their friendly and approachable ‘can do’ attitude, as well as their professionalism and experience in the field. They know all of their Clients’ personal preferences and keep their fingers on the pulse of any changes to their health. They work in partnership with the Client, their loved ones and any other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, all-round support. CareGivers also need support, and we make sure they benefit from regular confidential supervision sessions and thorough training, as well as 24/7 mobile phone access to an experienced member of the care team, so help and advice is only a phone call away. We care for our staff in the same way they care for our Clients, and we like to show our appreciation for their hard work and commitment to providing the highest standard of care. 🎶 Sing and Smile is coming to Weston 🎶

We’re delighted to share that our much-loved 'Sing and Smile' sessions are expanding - and will now be running in Weston-Super-Mare in partnership with Front Room WSM.

Join us each week for a friendly, informal sing-along session filled with music, laughter and connection. Whether you sing along or sit back and listen, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

⏰ Friday afternoons (starting 1st May), 2.30-3.30pm
📍 The Front Room Theatre, Weston-Super-Mare
👐 £5 donation (all proceeds go towards funding dementia-friendly activities in our local community)

A little reminder that our Chit Chat Table is running today from 2-3.30pm at The Note Warehouse in Yatton.

Whether you fancy a chat, a board or card game, or simply want to spend some time in the company of others enjoying a cuppa, this is the meet-up for you. It's a drop-in session, so there's no need to stay for the full time - just pop in for as long as you can.

And if you’re feeling peckish, The Note Warehouse will be serving their delicious toasties - so it could be lunch and a chat all in one!

This month, we’re delighted to celebrate two special milestones within our team.

✨ Ellie - 2 years
Over the past two years, Ellie has grown in both knowledge and confidence, building wonderful relationships with her Clients and becoming a valued and trusted member of the team.

✨ Chloe - 3 years
Chloe has built a fantastic rapport with all of her Clients and is known for going the extra mile - including supporting one of her Clients to visit the Playhouse, something that brings him so much joy.

Thank you both for your dedication, compassion and the difference you make every day. We’re so proud to have you on our team. 💙

Our Story

Grant is a family man, who lives in Congresbury, with his wife, two young boys, and a beagle. Grant has always wanted to start his own business, and wanted to do something that would allow him to help people, and give back to his local community.

When Grant started Right at Home in North Somerset, it was the realisation of a dream. Not only could he and his team help to fill a growing need for care and support in his community, he could offer training and employment for local residents.

Grant is fully involved with the business, meeting with clients and team members on a regular basis. Right at Home has already made a great impact in North Somerset, providing services to the local council, and private clients.

"Every client is really important to us, and we really try hard to tailor our service to the needs of the client. Every one of our clients has different needs, abilities, and aspirations".
