We started this company to try to provide a really high quality of care and support to people in their own homes. We provide full training.

Covering North Somerset and Somerset 📍 We are able to help with medication, personal care, shopping and companionship. Our team is growing, and we select only people with the right attitude: a real enthusiasm to connect with people; and a genuine desire to care. Attitude is more important than experience! Right at Home’s premium quality care and companionship services are highly personalised and support people to live happily and independently in the comfort of their own home. Our Clients receive their care the way they want, at a time when they want it. They are fully involved in all decision-making, including their personalised care plan. Behind the scenes, we understand it is crucial that our Clients, their families and our staff receive the very best support and expertise from the Right at Home team. This is why our Managers and Care Coordinators were chosen, for their friendly and approachable ‘can do’ attitude, as well as their professionalism and experience in the field. They know all of their Clients’ personal preferences and keep their fingers on the pulse of any changes to their health. They work in partnership with the Client, their loved ones and any other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, all-round support. CareGivers also need support, and we make sure they benefit from regular confidential supervision sessions and thorough training, as well as 24/7 mobile phone access to an experienced member of the care team, so help and advice is only a phone call away. We care for our staff in the same way they care for our Clients, and we like to show our appreciation for their hard work and commitment to providing the highest standard of care. Led by the lovely Hollie, Sing and Smile is a friendly, informal session filled with music, laughter and connection. It’s about more than singing - it’s about friendship and togetherness, and feeling part of something joyful and uplifting.

Our Story

Grant is a family man, who lives in Congresbury, with his wife, two young boys, and a beagle. Grant has always wanted to start his own business, and wanted to do something that would allow him to help people, and give back to his local community.

When Grant started Right at Home in North Somerset, it was the realisation of a dream. Not only could he and his team help to fill a growing need for care and support in his community, he could offer training and employment for local residents.

Grant is fully involved with the business, meeting with clients and team members on a regular basis. Right at Home has already made a great impact in North Somerset, providing services to the local council, and private clients.

"Every client is really important to us, and we really try hard to tailor our service to the needs of the client. Every one of our clients has different needs, abilities, and aspirations".
