This is why our Managers and Care Coordinators were chosen, for their friendly and approachable ‘can do’ attitude, as well as their professionalism and experience in the field. They know all of their Clients’ personal preferences and keep their fingers on the pulse of any changes to their health. They work in partnership with the Client, their loved ones and any other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, all-round support. CareGivers also need support, and we make sure they benefit from regular confidential supervision sessions and thorough training, as well as 24/7 mobile phone access to an experienced member of the care team, so help and advice is only a phone call away. We care for our staff in the same way they care for our Clients, and we like to show our appreciation for their hard work and commitment to providing the highest standard of care. As Carers, our amazing team spend their days putting others first - so this week, it was their turn to relax and enjoy some festive fun together! ✨
From 'Pin the Carrot on the Snowman' to 'Wind-Up Reindeer Races' and 'Christmas Charades', there was plenty of fun and joyful laughter - just what the season calls for! ❄️😂

🎄 Quiz Night for Every Child Needs Christmas! 🎄
We recently hosted a charity quiz night at The Stable Games Room to raise funds for EVERY CHILD NEEDS Christmas - and what a fantastic evening it was! From laughter to serious quiz-face concentration, everyone brought their A-game and their generous spirit.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, we raised £62, which will help provide Christmas gifts for children who would otherwise go without. 🌟
A big congratulations to Team Chessboard, who took home the winner’s prize on the night! 🏆♟️

Grant is a family man, who lives in Congresbury, with his wife, two young boys, and a beagle. Grant has always wanted to start his own business, and wanted to do something that would allow him to help people, and give back to his local community.
When Grant started Right at Home in North Somerset, it was the realisation of a dream. Not only could he and his team help to fill a growing need for care and support in his community, he could offer training and employment for local residents.
Grant is fully involved with the business, meeting with clients and team members on a regular basis. Right at Home has already made a great impact in North Somerset, providing services to the local council, and private clients.
