My first Gaian Forest Bathing session 🍂🍁

Thank you for the brave ones who join me today under the rainish sky.

We started with a opening walk, surrender by opening our heart to the wood.
We follow with a grounding exercice.
More wet walk...
We connected to the Oak and our ancestors.
Ending up with a beautiful tea ceremony, in which we showed ours gratitudes to nature.

Next session on the 9th December ....

This is a start of a few practices to be included in my course.

I will not be charging any money but will encourage donations to maintains the beautiful nature spot we will connect to.

The sessions will be around 2h30 (max) long and may vary depending on weather.
