Well it's been a couple of weeks since the Pregnancy and Baby Fayre and the dust has finally settled for us all!

We'd like to THANK YOU all for coming along to the event - all of you made the day happen and we are so grateful for all of you who exhibited, who provided gifts and flyers for the goody bags and those of you who braved the heat and came along!

We will be sending out some surveys soon to get feedback to make sure 2026 is better than ever!!

✨ AND FINALLY... ✨

We have the coordinators of the Pregnancy and Baby Fayre.... from left to right, Luiza, Holly and Zoe!! ❤️

We all connected as parents and have each utilised each other's businesses in some way, shape or form.

Feeling inspired by each other and all the small businesses in the area, we decided to bring everyone together and launched the Pregnancy and Baby Fayre in 2024! So here's a bit more about each of them...

Luiza is a mama of two, and one half of the New Birth Club which she co-founded with Ellie. Luiza is a birth and postnatal doula, hypnobirthing teacher, birth trauma resolution practitioner and all round birth nerd! She co-hosts the Weston Super Mare Home Birth Group group, and we are fairly sure all pregnant and expectant parents in North Somerset have heard of her!

Secondly, we have Holly, of Holly Hubble Birthing . A mother of three, Holly has been working in the local area for the past six years supporting pregnant families. From social walks to supper clubs, pregnancy relaxation, 1:1 birth support, homebirth group and volunteering for North Somerset as a breastfeeding peer supporter. Holly also co-hosts the Weston super Mare Home Birth Group!

Our third and final organiser is the wonderful Zoe Oakley! Zoe Oakley - Personal Trainer

Zoe is a pre and post natal fitness expert, coaching classes & PT sessions for North Somerset Council, The Hangar WSM and Burnham Bootcamp. She is a mother of one, balancing motherhood and running her own business! She is passionate about supporting people with their fitness goals during and after pregnancy! We are fairly sure Zoe knows every new mum in Weston super Mare!

As well as coordinating the Pregnancy and Baby Fayre, all three of our founders will be exhibiting their businesses on the day! Pop by and say hi!

We are thrilled to announce that we have the brainchild of The White Flamingo : THE BORED MUMS CLUB ❤️

The Bored Mums Club is a weekly stay and play session with a twist- the play is for the MUM. Well actually, it's for whoever the caregiver is regardless of gender as we welcome mums, dads, grandparents and all primary caregivers.

We provide a different activity each week to get involve in- this has included baby wearing dancing, making origami Christmas decorations, creating some yummy energy balls, film sessions and rage based collage making! Babies and children of all ages are welcome, we have toys and crafts to keep them entertained so you can enjoy and get involved in the activity.

From our session, you can expect hot drinks, yummy snack, warm and friendly smiles and space to do something focused on supporting your wellbeing.

We are thrilled to announce that we have Little Passengers Birth Preparation, Bristol & Somerset attending this year!

Little Passengers has been providing a modern take on antenatal and hypnobirthing courses in North Somerset for over 7 years.

As practising midwives with a passion for providing you with everything you need to navigate all births (whether things go to plan or throw you an unexpected curveball), Laura & Belinda will guide and cheerlead you to feeling confident, calm & empowered on that momentous day!

Belinda (local NHS midwife and mum-of-three) will be on hand at the fayre to chat with you about her sociable group courses, which take place in Winscombe, bringing together expectant parents from all over North Somerset.

You can also find out about Little Passengers Planned Caesarean Workshops, Newborn Care Workshops and Postnatal Support Sessions.

Roll up, roll up for The Littles Clubhouse 🏡

‘The Littles Clubhouse - where little imaginations roam free with a little TLC’

We set up The Littles Clubhouse just over a year ago and are a children’s playgroup based in St Georges Community Centre, Weston-super-Mare. Open Monday to Thursday, 10am - 12noon for ages 0+.

We have created a space for your Littles to enjoy a range of different role play stations so they can use their imaginations and create fun experiences! We have a dedicated baby corner with lots of different sensory elements for them to interact with whilst their parents/care givers can chat. We absolutely ensure we always have a selection of hot/cold drinks and baked goods for all to enjoy - it’s not a morning out without a bit of cake! We also have Rebecca who joins us with crafts each week and every month we have a sensory week for our Littles to enjoy! Come and join us and become part of our clubhouse team 😊

This group has been running for over 2 years now and is a hub of information for expectant parents!

Whether you're planning a homebirth or not - there is something for everyone here!

Different topics are covered each month but we always focus on positive birthing and how to maximise your hormones, relaxation and decision making.

This is a community group and they ask for small donations to cover costs (if you can).

Their next meeting is TONIGHT!! Sunday 29th June @ 7-9pm
