Important update!
To maintain the highest quality of service and manage repetitive strain injuries, I will no longer be accepting new clients for body massage treatments 😞
My current clients will still be able to book as usual, and I will continue to offer Facials, Reflexology, Reiki, Head massage and many more treatments to new clients. Thank you for helping me look after my longevity in this profession! I am so lucky to have a job I love. I don't want to get to the stage in a few years where I have to give it up altogether!
There is an explanation of how this will work for my regulars booking body massage on my website.
I will honour anyone who wants a body massage who has already booked on my web-site or who has bought a voucher in the last 6 months.

I am now offering a facial massage for clients who suffer with jaw pain and teeth grinding. TMJ disorder affects a surprisingly large number of people. It can result in head aches, neck pain, restriction in the movement of the Jaw, popping and clunking of the Jaw. This disorder can be very debilitating!
The initial treatment includes an assessment to check posture, muscle stiffness and jaw positions.The treatment includes trigger therapy and myofascial release. These techniques will help to relax the surrounding muscles of the Jaw and neck and reduce pain and inflammation!
