I’ve been a little absent for a while. Concentrating on other aspects of my personal life. But felt an urge to share a quick message of the day….

The universe is telling you that it’s ok to follow your dreams, that if you follow your passion then you can achieve the success you seek. The question really isn’t whether or not following your dreams will bring success, but rather, are we struggling with the idea of actually becoming successful in our endeavours? The choice is yours regarding the course you want your future to take, but it will take courage to follow through.

Just a heads up to my customers and followers. Due to the roadworks happening immediately outside the Reading Room, I have decided that I shall only be open for pre booked appointments.
Unfortunately as I was not given any warning nor made aware of this by our esteemed North Somerset Council that this would be happening, coupled with the fact that it will be ongoing until Thursday 15 May, I have decided that there is little point in relying on any passing trade during this time. It would appear that they are focused on one another as they head towards a bright and happy, peaceful future which gives the reassurance that they have reached a point of stability. There is no pretense, no pomp and ceremony. Just simple and joyful whilst being at peace with each other and their surroundings. Message of the day. For whoever needs it, the cards have been pulled from the Dreams of Gaia Tarot. We have XI of Water (aka page of water) in reverse alongside Perception. The universe seems to be advising not to let our emotions cloud our thinking or prevent us from seeing the truth of a situation. Perhaps we have encountered a situation where feelings are running high. But even if this is the case, it is important to not overlook any of the actual facts. Sometimes you have to think carefully about where the information is coming from that you have been fed. It may be something as simple as a misconception. Or it may be false or incomplete information being given to deliberately prevent you from seeing what’s really going on. Don’t make decisions or assumptions based on the first thing that you see or hear but, instead, try to see the situation from the other side. You don’t want to burn bridges that cannot be repaired without knowing the whole story.

The overall message taken from these cards is that you are very close to breaking free from all that has been holding you back and keeping you down. You may have had to let go of people and things that you once thought were necessary, however if these things and/or people have fallen away, then it’s time to let them go, pick yourself up and continue on your journey. The reason you are so exhausted from carrying all of this weight is because much of it was never yours to carry. Hang on to only what is important and what is yours to carry.
